Job Description

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to contact for our clients, guiding them through the R&D claim process and ensuring their experience is smooth, professional, and supportive.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships
• Support clients with eligibility assessments and claim preparation
• Coordinate with technical experts and writers to deliver accurate submissions
• Monitor claim progress and keep clients updated at every stage
• Identify additional opportunities to support clients with other funding programs

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in account management or client services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple clients
• Experience in consulting, financial services, or professional services (preferred)
• A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to help clients succeed
